Praxis IO is operated by Praxis Performance Group LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you use the app for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Keep your account information accurate, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Praxis IO offers educational, self-guided, and organizational planning tools for reflection, readiness, partnership development, and relationship management. Features and availability may change as the platform evolves.

Assessments, readiness checklists, partner-fit scores, AI-generated suggestions, and other content are informational starting points. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and do not establish compliance, suitability, eligibility, or expected results. You are responsible for checking important information and deciding what actions to take.

Praxis IO does not provide clinical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, legal services or advice, tax or accounting advice, financial or investment advice, or other professional services. Use a qualified professional for advice suited to your circumstances. Do not use Praxis IO for emergencies.

You keep ownership of the information and materials you submit. You give Praxis Performance Group LLC permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the features you use, provide support, and protect the platform.

Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, attempt to access another user’s account or records, upload malicious code, or submit information you are not authorized to share. Do not enter confidential partner, client, patient, or other third-party information unless you have permission and the feature is appropriate for it.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features are presented at checkout or in the app when you purchase. Recurring memberships renew as shown at checkout until canceled. Manage cancellation through the billing options provided in your account or contact constance@praxisperformancegroup.com for help. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe’s terms.

Some features rely on third-party services, including Google sign-in and AI, hosting, email, payment, and security providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Praxis IO’s name, branding, software, and platform materials are owned by Praxis Performance Group LLC or its licensors. You may use them only through the app and as permitted by these Terms. Do not copy, resell, or misrepresent the platform or its materials.

We work to keep the app available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or operate the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Praxis Performance Group LLC is not responsible for decisions you make based on app content, AI output, or information supplied by other users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
