Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we receive account details such as your name and email address, and whether you use the personal or organization experience. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the account information needed to authenticate you.

Depending on the tools you use, you may enter personal or organization profile details, assessment answers, partnership records, support requests, and journal or reflection entries. Wellness entries can include weight, measurements, food and movement notes, sleep, mood, energy, and spiritual reflections. Please do not enter medical records, highly sensitive information, or identifying information about another person unless you have a clear reason and permission.

We and our service providers may receive basic technical information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the app, such as browser and device details, page activity, and security signals.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide app features, save your entries, generate requested assessments and AI-assisted suggestions, respond to support requests, process purchases and memberships, send service-related messages, prevent abuse, and maintain the platform.

AI-assisted features may process the text and details you submit to produce an answer. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Avoid including sensitive personal, health, financial, or confidential third-party information in AI prompts.

Praxis IO uses service providers to operate the platform. These may include Base44 for app hosting, authentication, data storage, AI and email functions; Google for sign-in; Stripe for checkout and subscription billing; and Cloudflare Turnstile for inquiry form security. They process information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy notices.

We do not sell personal information. We do not make private account entries, reflections, or wellness journal entries public. Information is shared when you ask us to provide a service, choose a sharing feature, authorize a provider, or when disclosure is required to protect rights, safety, the service, or comply with law.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Praxis IO receives transaction and subscription details needed to provide purchases and manage memberships; full payment card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored in the Praxis IO app. We may send account, purchase, security, and support messages. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.

We keep information while needed to provide the service, maintain account records, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting constance@praxisperformancegroup.com. Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, or records we must retain.

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password and do not share your sign-in credentials.

You may choose what optional profile, journal, and reflection information to provide. You may stop using the app and request account-data deletion through the contact above. Praxis IO is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
